Have your say before the consultation closes
With March fast approaching, North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs are urging people to complete the survey and have their say on their proposals about local community health services, community rehabilitation beds and some of the consultant-led outpatients clinics in Northern Staffordshire.
Marcus Warnes, Accountable Officer, North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs said: ‘I encourage people to complete the survey and have their say. This is the chance to input into the future of local services, to influence the decision over next steps and to ensure that you have had your say about what local services could look like in the future.’
The CCGs have been promoting the consultation across Northern Staffordshire but are concerned that many may not realise the impact they could have.
‘This is a genuine consultation,’ he explains, ‘We will be taking on board all the feedback and the results of the consultation in the final detailed consultation report before making any decisions.
The voice of the public, patients, carers and families is an essential part of our decision-making process and if people want to impact on the changes, they need to be completing the survey and giving their views.’
People need to complete the survey before the consultation closes on 17 March 2019 or send a hard copy survey back via Freepost.
The survey can be accessed at: https://www.elesurvey.co.uk/f/615263/1536/ or via our website where you can also find out more information and read the consultation document https://www.healthservicesnorthstaffs.nhs.uk/
